Carlos and Marta Salazar have worked as a team for more than three decades, bringing continuity, trust, and depth of experience to every client relationship. Carlos began his real estate career over 27 years ago as an investor and property wholesaler and today serves as a seasoned Residential, Commercial, and Investment Real Estate Consultative Broker, with expertise in business sale advisory, market analysis, contracts, creative deal structuring, complex negotiations, and owner-level advisory for business-adjacent and investment transactions.

Carlos also leads a specialized

 Business Exit Advisory practice that helps business owners understand, value, risk, leverage, and buyer perspective before making major ownership decisions.

In addition to his brokerage work, Carlos brings a rare and complementary background in global strategic corporate intelligence and fraud risk mitigation, enabling the team to identify, manage, and reduce transactional risk—particularly in high-stakes or non-traditional real estate scenarios. This perspective has helped protect clients and strategic partners from avoidable exposure, including real estate transaction fraud and structural deal risk.

Marta Salazar is a Licensed Real Estate Consultant and leads our residential practice with deep experience in negotiations, client relations, property rehabilitation project management, procurement, and value-driven execution. Known for her creativity and problem-solving mindset, Marta plays a critical role in delivering thoughtful, out-of-the-box solutions tailored to each client’s goals.

When Charlie is not serving as a major litigation Trial Attorney, he always finds time to support our Family Team and clients with legal Counsel.  

Charlie is a seasoned trial attorney with an impressive track record of experience in high-stakes civil litigation.  In recent years, he has tried nearly 20 cases, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to his clients and a deep understanding of the complexities of the legal system.

His expertise is evident in his work on significant product liability cases, where he has played pivotal roles in  10, one month-long, trials against formidable corporations including Philip Morris USA and R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company.

Max has been supporting our Family Team for the past 5 years as a Licensed Real Estate Consultant.  He is a full time law student and ranked top 10% of his class. He also serves as a Legal Clerk and still finds the time to  serve our family and clients with passion, expertise, and service. 

Max's love of family, faith, sense of humor, humility, compassion, and service to others is beyond measure. (He actually begged us to remove his accomplishments from this brief bio, and as any proud parent would do...we denied his request!)

Whether assisting with transaction coordination, showings, market research, and listing preparation, Max is always ready and willing to contribute to our team and serve our clients.  

Marc has been serving our family team on every imaginable business and personal front.  

Since a very young age, he has developed a self-reliant approach to exceeding his goals, problem solving, and relentlessly serving others.  

Marc is a Project Manager for a large engineering firm and is simultaneously seeking his Engineering Degree.  He then plans to continue to law school.  

Marc's business, engineering, and problem solving acumen constantly astounds us and plays a pivotal roll in our business operations and client relations front. 

More importantly, his faith, love, and service to his family is a true sight to behold.
